BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Probationary Civil Service Appointment made by the Mayor, be and hereby is ratified:
Gary Newman, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 109N, $19.228 hourly, in the Division of Parks and Recreation, effective January 14, 2013.
Tracey McElroy, Administrative Specialist, Grade 110N, $18.040 hourly, in the Division of Waste Management, effective December 17, 2012.
Stephanie Dooley, Administrative Specialist, Grade 110N, $19.782 hourly, in the Division of Building Inspection, effective February 4, 2013.
