BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Engineering Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP #27-2026), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Dixon Engineering, Inc., to provide coating and welding inspection, for the Division of Water Quality.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $350,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Dixon Engineering, Inc., from account # 4003-303401-92711, pursuant to the terms of the Engineering Services Agreement, and contingent upon approval of a pending Budget amendment.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
