BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 2 of Resolution No. 91-2012 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $180,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to property owners, plus usual and appropriate closing costs, all from account # 3120-303202-91713 at the time of closing.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
