Summary
WHEREAS, it is necessary and proper to amend the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County
Government to provide funds for purchase orders and pre-paid expenses rolling from FY 2025 into FY 2026:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE
URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby are amended to provide funds for purchase orders and pre-paid expenses rolling from FY 2025 into FY 2026, and that to effect such Amendments the following appropriations be and hereby are authorized and directed:
) $_96,973.54_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the General Services District-General Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_ 9,459.50_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Full Urban Services District Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_402,371.45_ _to_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the County Road Aid Program Fund _from_ various accounts.
) $_1,500.00_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Sanitary Sewer Revenue and Operating Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_28.750.00_ _to_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Water Quality Management Fund _from_ various accounts.
) $_1,787.75_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Central Kentucky 911 Fund _to_ various accounts.
Section 2 - That the purposes of the Budget Amendments and the Accounts to or from which funds are herein appropriated, are detailed in “BUDGET SCHEDULE NO. 0005”, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.
