BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to procure diving instruction/training and related services from Emergency Response Diving International, a sole source provider, and authorizing the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to sign any necessary agreements with Emergency Response Diving International related to the above procurement.
      Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $22,500.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Emergency Response Diving International, from account #1101-505702-71299, subject to the approval of an appropriate budget amendment and pursuant to the terms of the purchase requisition and any necessary agreements.
      Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
