BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments:
Rodney Guy, Public Service Worker Sr., Grade 509N, $15.055 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective upon passage of Council.
Vincent Davis, Public Service Worker Sr., Grade 509N, $15.055 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective upon passage of Council.
Gerald Gibson, Community Program Coordinator, Grade 514N, $17.558 hourly in the Division of Police, effective December 28, 2015.
Dustin French, Skilled Trades Worker Sr., Grade 517N, $22.244 hourly in the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, effective December 14, 2015.
Danny McGuire, Heavy Equipment Technician, Grade 516N, $20.283 hourly in the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, effective upon passage of Council.
George Thornsbury, Traffic Engineer, Grade 522E, $2,542.24 biweekly in the Division of Traffic Engineering, effective November 23, 2015.
Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicants listed in Section 1 may begin the probationary civil service probationary period.
Section 3 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicant listed in Section 3 may begin employment.
