BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Internal Audit is authorized to purchase five (5) additional user licenses from Global Compliance Services, Inc., for use in the LFUCG Ethics Tip Line, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary addendum or agreement, with Global Compliance Services, Inc., related to the licenses.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $1,500.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Global Compliance Services, Inc., from account #1101-160601-71299, pursuant to the terms of the purchase order and any addendum or agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
