BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Randle-Davies Construction Co., in the amount of $446,601.66, for the Brighton East Rail Trail Project - Phase II, for the Division of Engineering, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and any necessary agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute any necessary Agreement with Randle-Davies Construction Co., related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $466,601.66, be and hereby is approved for payment to Randle-Davies Construction., from account #3160-303201-90313, pursuant to the terms of the bid and any necessary Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
