BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN
COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Health Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with CHS TX, Inc., d/b/a YesCare, for the provision of medical care and mental health services for the offender population at the Division of Community Corrections.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $10,278,132.00 in Fiscal Year 2025, be and hereby is approved for payment to CHS TX, Inc., d/b/a YesCare, from account #1101-505402-5421-71203, pursuant to the terms of the Health Services Agreement, and subject to the approval of a Budget amendment merging account #1101-505402-5421-71203 and account #1101-505402-5421-71204.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
