An Ordinance amending Section 1 of Ordinance No. 134-2023, which adopted a schedule of meetings for the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Council for calendar year 2024, to change the time of the Budget Committee of the Whole scheduled for May 28, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. to May 28, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. and to add a Budget Committee of the Whole meeting on May 30, 2024 at 1:00 p.m. [Council Office, Hall]

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 134-2023 be and hereby is amended to read as follows:
