BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP 37-2024), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Kentucky Association for Environmental Education to provide environmental education services for FY 2025.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $517,636.27 in FY 2025, be and hereby is approved for payment, from accounts # 1101-313201-3094-71299 ($30,000); 1101-313201-3095-71299 ($4,740); 1115-313201-3095-71299 ($181,896.27); 4002-313201-3095-71299 ($63,000); 4051-313201-3095-71299 ($158,000); 3160-160705-0001-71299 ($80,000), pursuant to the terms of the Agreement and subject to the appropriation of sufficient funds in future fiscal years.                     

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
