BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute Agreements related to Council Capital Project Expenditure Funds, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with United Way of the Bluegrass, Inc., Sayre Christian Village Nursing Home, Inc., The Voyage Movement, Inc., and LFUCG Division of Traffic Engineering, for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to United Way of the Bluegrass, Inc. ($5,500.00); Sayre Christian Village Nursing Home, Inc. ($12,564.00); The Voyage Movement, Inc. ($10,000.00); and LFUCG Division of Traffic Engineering ($30,000.00), from account #1101-121002-71214, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the Agreements.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
