BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Second Amendment to the Agreement with Securus Technologies, Inc., for telephone services for the offender population at the Fayette County Detention Center, Division of Community Corrections, to extend the Agreement for twelve (12) months and to make changes related to the cost of inmate calls pursuant to new FCC orders, at no additional cost to the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
