This is a request to amend Section 22-5 of the Code of Ordinances, extending one (1) position of Administrative Specialist Principal (Grade 114E) and three (3) positions of Administrative Specialist for a term of two (2) years beginning September 23, 2014 and ending September 23, 2016 within the Division of Water Quality.  Funds are budgeted for FY15.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN
COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the temporary position of one (1) Administrative Specialist Principal, Grade 114E, and three (3) positions of Administrative Specialist, Grade 110N, be extended for a term of two (2) years beginning September 23, 2014 and expiring on September 23, 2016, in the Division of Water Quality.
      Section 2 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
