BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to extend the multi-year agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Vebridge (Hyland Enterprise Content Management System) for Onbase maintenance for five (5) years beginning FY 2015, for the Division of Computer Services.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $71,361.86 for Fiscal Year 2015, be and hereby is approved for payment to Vebridge, from account #1101-202503-76102, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
