BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That subSection line number 050.017 in the Unclassified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby is deleted.
Section 2 - That the following subSection line number in the Unclassified Civil Service authorized strength be and hereby is created to read as follows:
460.10 1 112 523E Administrative Officer
Section 3 - That the incumbent to the position of Officer of Diversity & Inclusion, Arthur Lucas, be and hereby is transferred from the Office of the CAO to the position of Administrative Officer in the Division of Human Resources at his respective current pay grade and rate of pay.
Section 4 - That this Ordinance shall be effective upon passage of Council.
