BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Agreement, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with New Life Day Center, Inc., for operating costs and capital improvements.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute any necessary amendments with New Life Day Center, Inc., related to the funds specified in the Agreement.
Section 3 -- That an amount, not to exceed $154,959.00, is hereby authorized for payment to New Life Day Center, Inc., from account # 1101-900343-71101 ($79,405.00), and account # 1145-155003-78112 ($75,554.00), consistent with the terms of the Agreement, and contingent upon the approval of any necessary Budget amendments.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
