Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Civil Service Appointments:
Melissa Lyle, Staff Assistant Sr., Grade 510N, $16.654 hourly in the Division of Revenue, effective upon passage of Council.
Darren Lizer, Equipment Operator Sr., Grade 512N, $15.773 hourly in the Division of Streets and Roads, effective upon passage of Council.
Daniel Madison, Resource Recovery Operator, Grade 513N, $16.970 hourly in the Division of Waste Management, effective upon passage of Council.

Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicants listed in Section 1 may begin the probationary civil service probationary period.
Section 3 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointment:
Katherine Cobb, Staff Assistant Sr., Grade 510N, $14.917 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective January 26, 2015.
Joseph Happy, Treatment Plant Operator Apprentice, Grade 509N, $14.760 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective February 19, 2015.
Anath Carter, Clerical Assistant P/T, Grade 505N, $12.143 hourly in the Division of Family Services, effective January 26, 2015.
Section 4 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicant listed in Section 3 may begin employment.
