Summary
Authorization to accept the proposal from Caption Advantage to provide closed captioning service to the LFUCG at a cost of $17,000 for FY16 in response to RFP 45-2015. This service will provide closed captioning services for Council meetings, work sessions, formal Council meetings, public hearings, Budgeting meetings and all other televised and web streamed Council meetings. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 45-2015) which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Caption Advantage, LLC, for closed captioning services for the Urban County Government.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $17,000.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Caption Advantage, LLC, from account #1101-160301-71299, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
