BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute an Engineering Services Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 41-2023) with GRW Engineers, Inc., for services related to the Town Branch Wastewater Treatment Plant Dewatering Pump Station Improvement Project, for the Division of Water Quality, at a cost not to exceed $347,700.00.

                     Section 2 - That an amount not to exceed $347,700.00 be and hereby is approved for payment to GRW Engineers, Inc., from account # 3230-303401-3401-92711, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
