AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CERTAIN OF THE BUDGETS OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT TO PROVIDE FUNDS FOR PURCHASE ORDERS ROLLING FOR FY 2014 INTO FY 2015, AND APPROPRIATING AND RE-APPROPRIATING FUNDS, SCHEDULE NO 0003.

WHEREAS, it is necessary and proper to amend the budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County
Government to provide funds for purchase orders rolling from FY 2014 into FY 2015:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE
URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby are amended to provide funds for purchase orders rolling from FY 2014 into FY 2015, and that to effect such Amendments the following appropriations be and hereby are authorized and directed:
) $_1,358,746.28_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the General Services District-General Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_1,724,944.57_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Urban Services District Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_272,390.58_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Police Confiscated State Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_3,150.00_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Public Safety Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_2,078,515.84_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Municipal Aid Program Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_1,506,140.83_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the County Aid Program Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_150,232.17_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Mineral Severance Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_595.00_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Coal Severance Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_55,000.00_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Police Confiscated Treasury Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_1,675,087.44_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Sanitary Sewer Revenue and Operating Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_14,070.40_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the PFC - Parks Project Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_572,072.31_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Water Quality Management Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_57,850.78_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Landfill Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_36,694.01_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Enhanced 911 Fund _to_ various accounts.
Section 2 - That the purposes of the Budget Amendments and the Accounts to or from which funds are herein appropriated, are detailed in "BUDGET SCHEDULE NO. 0003", attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.
