BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Lease Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Winmar Corporation, for office space located at 125 Lisle Industrial Avenue, for the Division of Water Quality.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $385,479.60 in FY2022, with additional annual rents as set forth in Lease Agreement, subject to sufficient funds being appropriated in future fiscal years, be and hereby is approved for payment to Winmar Corporation from account #4002 - 303401 - 71302, pursuant to the terms of the Lease Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
