BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - Siemens Building Technologies be and hereby is established as a sole source provider for the smoke alarm upgrade, for the Division of Community Corrections, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an agreement with Siemens Building Technologies, related to the procurement.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $367,174.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Siemens Building Technologies, from the following accounts in the following amounts: #2609-505401-5412-91019 ($80,072.73) and #2611-505401-5412-91019 ($302,927.00), pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
