BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a five-year Lease Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Quadient Leasing USA, Inc., through Central Business Systems, Inc., for mail machine equipment and web-based software, and further authorizing the Mayor to execute any other documents related to this Lease Agreement.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the annual sum of $10,603.56, be and hereby is approved for payment to Quadient Leasing USA, Inc., and/or Central Business Systems, Inc., from account #1101-707101-71303 (for equipment) and account # 1101-707101-71307 (for software), pursuant to the terms of the Lease Agreement and any related documents, with future fiscal years subject to the appropriation of sufficient funds.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
