BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute the Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and accept a Grant from the Lexington-Fayette County Health Department, which Grant funds are in the amount of $469,418.00 in Federal funds (including $38,176.00 in HANDS 740 American Rescue Plan Act Funds and $51,635.00 in 741 MCH grant funds) and $241,734.00 in Commonwealth of Kentucky funds for a total of $711,152.00 for the Home Network Project, also known as Kentucky Health Access Nurturing Development Services (HANDS), at the Family Care Center for FY 2024, the acceptance of which does not obligate the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government for the expenditure of funds.

                     Section 2 - That subject to the provisions of Section 7-48 of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government Code of Ordinances, the Mayor is hereby authorized, in her discretion as Chief Executive Officer of the Urban County Government, to transfer the unencumbered balance of any operating or capital account ap-propriation to another operating or capital account appropriation within the Grant budget established for this Grant.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
