BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute a Professional Services Agreement (awarded pursuant to RFP No. 67-2015), which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Strand Associates, Inc., to provide engineering services for a salt barn feasibility study and related construction documents, at a cost estimated not to exceed $110,500.00.
Section 2 - That an amount estimated not to exceed the sum of $110,500.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Strand Associates, Inc., from account #2606 - 303301 - 71299, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
