Summary
WHEREAS, it is necessary and proper to amend the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government to prepare for Grant closures:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE
URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government be and hereby are amended to prepare for Grant closures, and that to effect such Amendments the following appropriations be and hereby are authorized and directed:
) $_4,872.80_ _to_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the US Department of Agriculture Fund _from_ various accounts.
) $_0.02_ _to_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the US Department of Justice Fund _from_ various accounts.
) $_424.40_ _to_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the US Department of Transportation Fund _from_ various accounts.
) $_430.29_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the US Department of Homeland Security Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_274,759.92_ _from_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Grants Other Fund _to_ various accounts.
) $_10,000.00_ _to_ the Unappropriated Fund Balance in the Grants State Fund _from_ various accounts.
) Re-appropriations within the Grant funds that do not result in changes to the Unappropriated Fund Balances of this fund.
Section 2 - That the purposes of the Budget Amendments and the Accounts to or from which funds are herein appropriated, are detailed in “BUDGET SCHEDULE NO. 0027”, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its passage.
