BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Probationary Classified Civil Service Appointments:
Dennis Allen, Maintenance Mechanic, Grade 515N, $20.102 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective December 11, 2017.
Augustus Sanford, Equipment Operator, Grade 510N, $14.753 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective December 11, 2017.
Howard Gerton, Public Service Worker Sr., Grade 509N, $14.783 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective October 23, 2017.
Lawrence Warfield, Resource Recovery Operator, Grade 513N, $16.757 hourly in the Division of Water Quality, effective upon passage of Council.
Miquel Vivanco, Resource Recovery Operator, Grade 513N, $17.871 hourly in the Division of Waste Management, effective upon passage of Council.
Jeffrey Lewis, Security Officer, Grade 507N, $13.882 hourly in the Department of Public Safety, effective upon passage of Council.
Richard Strange, Trades Supervisor, Grade 518N, $26.660 hourly in the Division of Parks and Recreation, effective upon passage of Council.
Jason Nelson, Golf Course Superintendent Sr., Grade 520E, $2,095.60 biweekly in the Division of Parks and Recreation, effective upon passage of Council.
Section 2 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicants listed in Section 1 May begin the probationary civil service period.
Section 3 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointments:
Daniel Layne, Records Management Assistant P/T, Grade 507N, $13.000 hourly in the Office of the Clerk of the Urban County Council, effective November 20, 2017.
Amanda Nwamkpa, Security Officer P/T, Grade 507N, $13.929 hourly in the Department of Public Safety, effective upon passage of Council.

Section 4 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicant listed in Section 3 May begin employment.
Section 5 - That the Division of Human Resources is authorized to make a conditional offer to the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointment to the Office of Urban County Council:
Renea Buckles, Aide to Council P/T, Grade 518E, $1,120.00 biweekly in the Office of the Urban County Council, effective November 7, 2017.
Section 6 - That upon successful completion of the physical or medical examination, the applicant listed in Section 5 May begin employment.
