BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of CY, LLC d/b/a LeanFeast, establishing a price contract for catering services for the Family Care Center, for the Department of Social Services, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and that the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the current Catering Agreement with CY, LLC d/b/a LeanFeast, and further authorizing the Director of Procurement or his designee to execute any other necessary documents, related to the price contract during its term; all subject to the appropriation of sufficient funds.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
