BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with Downtown Lexington Corporation, Moveable Feast, Broke Spoke, Transylvania Park Neighborhood Association, Historic Woodward Heights Neighborhood Association, Mentelle Neighborhood Association, Lexington Blazin' Cats Track and Field Club, LLC, African American Forum, Inc., The Headley-Whitney Museum, Eight Five Nine Nuggets AAU Program, Inc., Infant Nurture, Victory Christian Church, Idle Hour Neighbors Alliance, Idle Hour Neighbors Alliance, East Cooper Neighborhood Association, Dellavalle Management, Inc., The Kentucky Civil War Round Table, Inc., Central Kentucky Radio Eye and American Lung Association of Kentucky, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
      Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Downtown Lexington Corporation ($1,500.00), Moveable Feast ($2,000.00), Broke Spoke ($1,175.00), Transylvania Park Neighborhood Association ($1,000.00), Historic Woodward Heights Neighborhood Association ($500.00), Mentelle Neighborhood Association ($1,500.00), Lexington Blazin' Cats Track and Field Club, LLC ($3,325.00), African American Forum, Inc. ($1,175.00), The Headley-Whitney Museum ($1,250.00), Eight Five Nine Nuggets AAU Program, Inc.
