Section 1 - That the following subsection line number of Section 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is amended to read as follows:

Section 2 - That the following subsection line number of Section 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is created to read as follows:
360.023 1 415 117E Traffic Engineer
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective June 2, 2014.
