BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Myers Fencing, Inc., in the amount of $135,750.00, for Fencing Installation at Old Haley Pike Landfill, for the Division of Waste Management, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $135,750.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Myers Fencing, Inc., from account #4121-303102-90315, pursuant to the terms of the bid.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
