BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Emergent be and hereby is established as a sole source provider of nasal Narcan for the Comprehensive Opioid, Stimulant, and Substance Use Program for Year 1 of the Community Paramedicine Overdose Outreach Lexington (CPOOL) project, for the Division of Fire and Emergency Services, and authorizing the Mayor, or her designee, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to execute any necessary Agreements with Emergent related to the procurement of these goods.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $71,250.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Emergent, from account #3140-505702-75101, pursuant to the terms of the Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
