BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the bid of Wood Connection, LLC, in the amount of $37,200.00, for Pump Station Building Renovation, for the Division of Water Quality, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
      Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $37,200.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Wood Connection, LLC, from account #4002-303402-76101, pursuant to the terms of the bid.
      Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
