BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That Resolution No. 241-2014, which accepted the bids of Environmental Demolition Group, LLC, and National Environmental Consulting, Inc., and established price contracts for Environmental Abatement Services, be and hereby is amended to cancel the price contract with Environmental Demolition Group, LLC.
Section 2 - That Resolution No. 241-2014, be and hereby is further amended to also accept and approve the bids of Romac, Inc., and Chase Environmental Group, Inc., and to establish price contracts for Environmental Abatement Services, for the Division of Facilities and Fleet Management, as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the respective bids, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 3 - That Resolution No. 241-2014, otherwise remains unchanged.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
