This is a request to enter into an agreement with Directapps, Inc. for software, hardware, services and maintenance for implementation and support of a network based ECaTS for the Central Kentucky 911 Network. The total cost for the three (3) year period is $36,800. The cost for the current FY is a maximum of $9,600. Funds are budgeted.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Division of Enhanced 9-1-1 be and hereby is authorized to obtain up to three (3) years of software, hardware, services and maintenance related to the Emergency Call Tracking System for the Central Kentucky 911 Network from DirectApps, Inc., a sole source provider.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to sign any necessary agreement or other documents related to obtaining these services.
Section 3 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $9,600.00 (FY 2012), be and hereby is approved for payment to DirectApps, Inc., from account #4204-505603-76102, for the above equipment and services.
Section 4 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
