BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN
COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet relating to the acquisition of right of way for the New Circle Road Improvement Project (from Leestown Road to near Georgetown Road), and the Mayor, on behalf of the Urban County Government, is further authorized to execute a deed and any other documents necessary to transfer a portion of the property located at 1900 Leestown Road in to the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for the New Circle Road Improvement Project.
Section 2 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
