BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:

                     Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with YMCA of Central Kentucky, Lyric Theater and Cultural Arts Center Corporation, One World Films, Inc., Fayette County School District Finance Corporation, American Diabetes Association, Alzheimer’s Association Greater Kentucky & Southern IN Chapter, Dunbar Advisory Council, Inc., and Tweens Nutrition and Fitness Coalition, for the Office of the Urban County Council.

                     Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to YMCA of Central Kentucky ($700.00), Lyric Theater and Cultural Arts Center Corporation ($850.00), One World Films, Inc. ($950.00), Fayette County School District Finance Corporation ($3,050.00), American Diabetes Association ($800.00), Alzheimer’s Association Greater Kentucky & Southern IN Chapter ($800.00), Dunbar Advisory Council, Inc. ($750.00), and Tweens Nutrition and Fitness Coalition ($600.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.

                     Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
