This is a request to amend Section 21-5 of the Code of Ordinances, abolishing one (1) position of Police Analyst (Grade 111N) and creating one (1) position of Property & Evidence Technician (Grade 111N) in the Division of Police. Section 1 - That the following subsection line numbers of Section 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby are amended to read as follows:

550.047 2 912 111N Property & Evidence Technician
Section 2 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government are amended and funds are appropriated pursuant to Budget Schedule No. 0010, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
