BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute a Memorandum of Agreement, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the Commonwealth of Kentucky, for the use and benefit of the University of Kentucky, for the replacement of sanitary sewer infrastructure in connection with a parking structure expansion project, at a cost estimated not to exceed $110,828.50.
Section 2 - That an amount, estimated not to exceed the sum of $110,828.50, be and hereby is approved for payment to the Commonwealth of Kentucky, for the use and benefit of the University of Kentucky, from account #4003 - 303408 - 92811, pursuant to the terms of the agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
