BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Perdue Environmental Contracting Company, Inc., in the amount of $666,639.74, for Improvements at Former Jacks Creek Pike Landfill, for the Division of Environmental Services, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid and Agreement, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, to enter into the attached Agreement with Perdue Environmental Contracting Company, Inc., related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $666,639.74, be and hereby is approved for payment to Perdue Environmental Contracting Company, Inc., from account #4121-313201-90316, pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement, and contingent upon the approval of a pending Budget amendment.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
