BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the first three lines of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 13-2012, passed on January 26, 2012, be and the same are hereby amended to read as follows:
That Article XI of Chapter 16 of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby is created to read as follows:
ARTICLE XI SANITARY SEWERS - PRIVATE INFILTRATION AND INFLOW
Section 2 - That the remaining portions of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 13-2012 creating Sections 16-111, 16-112, 16-113, 16-114, and 16-115 of the Code of Ordinances are not affected by the amendment of the first three lines of Ordinance No. 13-2012 and remain in full effect.
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective on the date of its
passage.
