BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute agreements related to Neighborhood Development Funds, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with the following entities: The Lexington Hearing and Speech Center, Inc.; Tee Dee Young Enterprise LLC, The Lexington History Museum, Inc.; Lexington Fashion Collaborative, Inc.; 16th District PTA Inc. c/o Arlington Elementary; Bluegrass Families First, Inc.; Georgetown Street Area Neighborhood Association Inc.; Highlands Neighborhood Association, Inc.; McConnell's Trace Neighborhood Association, Inc.; and Wilderness Road Girl Scout Council, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That amounts, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby are approved for payment to The Lexington Hearing and Speech Center, Inc. ($2,700.00); Tee Dee Young Enterprise LLC ($2,700.00); The Lexington History Museum, Inc. ($3,000.00); Lexington Fashion Collaborative, Inc. ($3,000.00); 16th District PTA Inc. c/o Arlington Elementary ($200.00); Bluegrass Families First, Inc. ($250.00); Georgetown Street Area Neighborhood Association Inc. ($250.00); Highlands Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($500.00); McConnell's Trace Neighborhood Association, Inc. ($300.00); and Wilderness Road Girl Scout Council, Inc. Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
