This is a request to amend Section 21-5 of the Code of Ordinances, abolishing one (1) position of Public Service Worker Sr. , (Grade 107N) and creating one (1) position of Vehicle and Equipment Mechanic, (Grade 110N) in the Division of Parks and Recreation. Fiscal impact for FY15 is a cost $1,359 and will be funded from the Division's repairs and maintenance account.

COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following subsection line numbers of Section 21-5(2) of the Code of Ordinances be and hereby are amended to read as follows:

760.140 4 624 110N Vehicle & Equipment Mechanic
Section 2 - That certain of the Budgets of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government are amended and funds are appropriated pursuant to Budget Schedule No. 0014, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 3 - That this Ordinance shall become effective upon date of passage.
