BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute agreements related to Neighborhood Development Funds, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, with Fayette Alliance, Inc., Community Inspired Lexington Inc., Idle Hour Neighbors Alliance, Inc., Lexington Community Porch LLC, Fayette County Farm Bureau Education Foundation, Inc., Young Men’s Christian Association of Central Kentucky, Inc., Bryan Station Traditional Magnet School PTSA Inc., Marafiki Center, Inc., Kentucky Lions Eye Foundation, Inc., Lexington Children’s Museum, Inc., Lexington Leadership Foundation, Inc., Lyric Theatre And Cultural Arts Center Corporation, and A Caring Place, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum stated, be and hereby is approved for payment or transfer to WITH Fayette Alliance, Inc. ($1,500.00); Community Inspired Lexington Inc. ($6,000.00); Idle Hour Neighbors Alliance, Inc. ($650.00); Lexington Community Porch LLC ($1,000.00); Fayette County Farm Bureau Education Foundation, Inc. ($500.00); Young Men’s Christian Association Of Central Kentucky, Inc. ($500.00); Bryan Station Traditional Magnet School PTSA Inc. ($950.00); Marafiki Center, Inc. ($2,600.00); Kentucky Lions Eye Foundation, Inc. ($1,200.00); Lexington Children’s Museum, Inc. ($1,750.00); Lexington Leadership Foundation, Inc.
