BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of L-M Asphalt Partners Ltd d/b/a ATS Construction, in the amount of $4,048,683.00, for the Salt Dome and Associated Site Improvements, for the Department of Environmental Quality and Public Works, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute an Agreement with L-M Asphalt Partners Ltd d/b/a ATS Construction, related to the bid.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $4,048,683.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to L-M Asphalt Partners Ltd d/b/a ATS Construction, from the following accounts in the following amounts: account #1105-303301-90511 ($1,581,929.31), account #1116-303301-90511 ($1,850,065.27), and account #4122-303301-90511 ($616,688.42), pursuant to the terms of the bid and Agreement.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
