BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the bid of Titan ASE, LLC, in the amount of $35,170.00, for Thermoplastic Melting Kettle and Trailer, for the Division of Streets and Roads, be and hereby is accepted and approved as to the specifications and amounts set forth in the terms of the bid, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sum of $35,170.00, be and hereby is approved for payment to Titan ASE, LLC, from account #1101-303301-96468, pursuant to the terms of the bid.
Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
