BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the Urban County Government hereby ratifies the Mayor’s prior execution of an Agreement with the Cabinet for Health and Family Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to accept $75,150.00 in Federal funds for the Kentucky Opioid Response Effort, in order to support the Community Paramedicine Program.
Section 2 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized and directed to execute any necessary documents related to these funds.
Section 3 -- That subject to the provisions of Ordinance No. 97-21, the Mayor is hereby authorized, in her discretion as Chief Executive Officer of the Urban County Government, to transfer the unencumbered balance of any operating or capital account appropriation to another operating or capital account appropriation within the Grant Budget previously established for this Grant.
Section 4 -- That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
