      BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
      Section 1 - That the Mayor, on behalf of the Lexington-Fayette Urban County Government, be and hereby is authorized to execute the agreements, which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference with Lexington Sister Cities Commission, Boy Scouts of America, Girl Scouts of Kentucky, Lexington Humane Society, Lexington Fairness, Inc., NERD SQUAD, Inc., Douglas Bearcats, Greenhouse 17, MLK Park Broncos, The Dr. Roy P. and Juanita Betz Peterson Arts & Education Fund, Inc., Community Action Council, and Melrose-Oak Park NA, Inc., for the Office of the Urban County Council.
      Section 2 - That an amount, not to exceed the sums stated, be and hereby is approved for payment to Lexington Sister Cities Commission ($1,650.00), Boy Scouts of America ($1,475.00), Girl Scouts of Kentucky ($1,425.00), Lexington Humane Society ($1,550.00), Lexington Fairness, Inc. ($850.00), NERD SQUAD, Inc. ($825.00), Douglas Bearcats ($1,200.00), Greenhouse 17 ($1,275.00), MLK Park Broncos ($925.00), The Dr. Roy P. and Juanita Betz Peterson Arts & Education Fund, Inc. ($750.00), Community Action Council ($1,075.00), and Melrose-Oak Park NA, Inc. ($300.00), from account #1101 121002 71299, from various Council Districts, pursuant to the terms of the agreements.
      Section 3 - That this Resolution shall become effective on the date of its passage.
