BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE LEXINGTON-FAYETTE URBAN COUNTY GOVERNMENT:
Section 1 - That the following Permanent Classified Civil Service Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Bethany McFadden, Telecommunicator Sr., Grade 516N, $18.599 hourly in the Division of Emergency Management/911, effective June 1, 2015.
Amanda Youle, Telecommunicator Sr., Grade 516N, $18.599 hourly in the Division of Emergency Management/911, effective June 1, 2015.
Section 2 - That the following Permanent Sworn Appointments made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Jeremiah Davis, Police Sergeant, Grade 315N, $28.828 hourly in the Division of Police, effective June 1, 2015.
Jeremiah Harville, Police Sergeant, Grade 315N, $28.828 hourly in the Division of Police, effective April 27, 2015.
Section 3 - That the following Unclassified Civil Service Appointment made by
the Mayor, be and hereby is ratified:
Megan Cadwell, Family Support Worker Sr., Grade 514N, $16.870 hourly in the Division of Family Services, effective June 15, 2015.
Section 4 - That the following Unclassified Civil Service Pay Increases in the
Offices of the Urban County Council made by the Mayor, be and hereby are ratified:
Craig Bencz, Research Analyst, Grade 523E, from $2,500.00 biweekly to $2,742.31 biweekly, effective June 29, 2015.
Deborah Slone, Council Staff Specialist, Grade 510N, from $15.00 hourly to $20.00 hourly, effective June 29, 2015.
Section 5 - That these personnel actions shall become effective on the date
described in each item.
